The Sales Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and
driving sales growth by advising customers on furniture selection, offering in-depth
product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. The ideal candidate
will be a highly motivated, sales-driven individual with an interest in home furnishings
and interior design.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Greet customers warmly and engage them to understand their specific furniture and home furnishing needs and preferences.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain product features, benefits, and differences (materials, construction, styles, and functionality).
- Proactively recommend suitable furniture solutions, taking into account the customer’s space, budget, and aesthetic goals, sometimes incorporating basic interior design principles.
- Effectively communicate pricing, financing options, warranty information, and delivery details.
- Master negotiation and closing techniques to meet and exceed personal and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Actively promote complementary products (e.g., accent pieces, rugs, protection plans) to maximize sales value.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any post-delivery issues, and solicit feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and orders using the Point of Sale (POS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
3. Store Operations & Merchandising
- Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, current sales, promotions, and inventory status.
- Ensure the sales floor and personal work area are clean, organized, and visually appealing according to company merchandising standards.
- Assist with the arrangement and display of new merchandise, ensuring all items are correctly priced and labeled.
- Accurately process all sales transactions, orders, financing agreements, and payment collections.
- Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or Interior Design preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or a high-value retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Interior
Designer Cum Project Manager to lead and coordinate interior design projects.
This role involves managing the conceptualization, development, and delivery of
innovative design solutions. This role also involves project execution onsite by
managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure client satisfaction. The
ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the interior design process,
excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects

- Job Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization of interior design projects, ensuring creative and innovative solutions.
- Develop detailed design plans, including layouts, mood boards, material selection, and colour schemes.
- Review and refine designs to align with client requirements and feedback
- Create accurate drawings, 3D models, and detailed specifications using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
